1. Why does CCI have a horse logo?
Well, we all know that a horse is not going to save you from drowning (in data), but it will carry you across the finish line (ROI), which is how we help our clients, so for that reason, a horse makes sense, right? Well, it's a bit of a stretch. The real reason we have a horse logo is the fact that Christine, the founder, lives on a horse farm with about 20 horses and a variety of other pets. Lori Etheridge, one of the managing partners is also a horse enthusiast and avid animal lover, so there you have it!
2. Why did the founder leave corporate America to start-up CCI?
Corporate America is a great place to get a real-world business education. And, there was no better place to learn than from two very successful Fortune 500 companies, Sprint and Convergys. However, after 25+ years, the corporate grind and the two hour commute to and from the horse farm, Christine decided to hang her own shingle and give her previously buried entrepreneurial spirit free reign. Having amassed a great contact list (used to be called a rolodex, although that term is long gone...), Christine used some very basic direct marketing techniques to gain her first clients and the business has been growing ever since. Now, into its fifth year, with annual double digit growth, CCI is destined to win the race!
3. What size projects can CCI handle?
CCI can handle all sizes of projects. For some clients, we work on retainer, for other clients we handle project work. In most cases, our clients need to focus on their day to day business, but realize that key projects are needed to move their business forward. And, they either don't have the expertise internally or don't have the manpower to get it done without letting the day-to-day operations suffer. This is the 'sweet spot' for CCI. 4. What type of clients does CCI serve?
We have lots of experience in both B2B and B2C, so we can handle clients that deal in both. However, we especially like the B2B challenge of integrating marketing and sales efforts across channels to reduce costs and generate revenue faster. B2B is especially exciting with social media finding its importance in this space and continuing to grow as a channel.
While we have a lot of collective experience across industries, we have a special expertise in the contact center industry, where we have experience working contact centers, consultants to contact centers, vendors in the contact center industry, as well as a variety of clients who use contact center services. 5. Where is CCI located?
We are all over the United States. We all work virtually and travel to client locations as needed. The benefit of our virtual workplace is that we can be available almost any time of day or night...and we don't get stuck in traffic jams!
6. Why should I use CCI?
We have a substantial amount of experience working with clients large and small. We aren't going to tell you exactly how much because then you will just think we are old, but suffice it to say, our experience pays off!
