At Customer Contact Insights, Inc. we are passionate about providing insights that help clients develop strategies that drive business results.  Founded in 2006, our sole mission is to help clients identify, locate, analyze and understand data that yields relevant business insights. Led by Christine Wright, Founder and President, CCI operates with the belief that every customer interaction is a potential opportunity for a company to learn, gain insights, and profit from the experience.

 

Christine Wright is Founder and President of Customer Contact Insights, Inc. and has over 25 years of diverse industry experience consulting with clients in all areas of Marketing, leveraging her core strengths in Marketing Sciences and Customer Relationship Management. Christine has held executive level positions at Sprint and Convergys and was responsible for launching and managing the analytical consulting business units within each of these organizations. In addition to her management responsibilities, Christine also developed a number of proprietary methodologies and processes that she has used over the years to consult with clients in establishing their CRM strategy and implementation path.

 

Lori Etheridge joined Customer Contact Insights in February 2010 bringing with her 35 years of experience in customer relationship management. Lori specializes in maximizing customer care investments by transforming customer service into customer experience brands that provide competitive differentiation. Prior to joining CCI, Lori worked for Convergys Corporation, Naviant and NCR Corporation. Her expertise includes leading edge behavioral and speech analytic technology and techniques used to analyze the customer experience – from the customer’s perspective- across a multitude of channels.

 

Tracey Hopper has over 25 years expertise in the area of database & direct marketing. She is experienced in developing research, database, marketing & sales solutions to improve operational performance while maintaining or increasing customer satisfaction. She has experience leading the development of an intelligent offer solution to move Sprint's contact center from a cost center to a profit center by generating $250M over three years. Prior to joining CCI, Tracey worked for The Kansas City Star, Sprint, & Convergys.

 

Ron Dull joined CCI as a partner in 2009. Ron has 20 years experience in the areas of CRM, contact center operations and contact center technologies. Ron worked for over 10 years at Accenture (Andersen Consulting) leading CRM-related strategy and technology projects, as Vice President of Professional Services for Bluespring Software and in a variety of executive roles at Convergys including management of customer contact center operations and merger and acquisition.

 

Bruce Ratner, Ph.D., The Significant Statistician™, Founder and President of DM STAT-1 Consulting, has made the company the ensample for Statistical Modeling & Analysis, and Data Mining, and Machine-learning Data Mining in the DM Space. DM STAT-1 specializes in the full range of standard statistical techniques, and methods using hybrid machine-learning statistics algorithms, such as its patented GenIQ Model, to achieve its Clients' Goals - across industry sectors including Direct and Database Marketing, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Retail, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Publication & Circulation, Mass & Direct Advertising, Catalog Marketing, e-Commerce, Web-mining, B2B, Human Capital Management,and Risk Management.

 

Christine Able serves as Executive Assistant to Christine Wright, and is responsible for managing all of CCI’s personnel, financial and web-related administrative fu. Chris brings extensive experience in the Administrative field, having been in an Executive Assistant role for the past 25 years. Prior to joining CCI, Christine was employed by The Garretson Firm where she served as Executive Assistant to the President, in addition to managing the firm’s facilities and administrative staff. Christine was also employed by Convergys Corporation for 16 years where she served in several roles including Executive Assistant and Facilities Management. Christine received her Executive Administrative Professional certificate from the University of Cincinnati in 2000.
