About CCI

Customer Contact Insights is a firm located in the midwest specializing in consulting with businesses to improve their customer experience, especially for those companies with large contact centers or who are serving the contact center industry. Using a multi-disciplinary approach, CCI works with companies to integrate business and marketing strategies with the design and tactical execution of their customer contact management programs and applications.

Our mission is to provide direction as well as data driven business and marketing solutions for our clients that ultimately enable them to obtain and build more profitable and longer term customer relationships. 

Given our extensive knowledge and experience in the industry, we are also frequently called on to assist external consulting and service providers with the Marketing, Sales and Product Development initiatives.
